It is really, really sad that I have to set my alarm clock to wake up 30 minutes earlier to make my kids a healthy breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and muffins.
Dude was still late for school.
I so wish I could get my crap together and be more responsible.
P.S. Sorry for all the short posts. Life has been super crazy lately. Hopefully soon I will have the motivation to be back up and running.

Hmm I would just make muffins once - like a triple batch and freeze those puppies. I also buy bacon pre-cooked and pre-crubmled in a big bag from Costco (keeps in fridge for months). Then you sprinkle it in/on whatever you're cooking and it is divine.

If I did that (and I have) my kids would (did) say something like this: "Why can't we have cold cereal?"
Two words: Pop. Tarts.
I even precook the scrambled eggs and keep in the fridge for 3 days and reheat...I think you're trying for an unrealistic expectation! Shortcuts are GREAT!
