It's dinner time!

Ok, I think that I am going to change things up a bit. I have been thinking of new things to make for dinner. I am tired of the same old things. Does anyone have any great recipes that they would like to share? Some thing fun, easy, tasty, anything. This will be fun to see what kinds of recipes I get!

If you want to email them you can send them to pittakgr@hotmail.com .

Thanks for stopping by my site. It sounds like we might have a LOT in common LOL. Yeah, the Ritz came out of the DVD player after a lot of cussing, shaking, and threatening to throw it out the window. All of which I did while little man took a shower...yes, he has decided he is too old for baths today (WTF?). As for supper I was thinking the same thing...so Jimmy's Pizza is deliveryingin about 30 min. I don't recommend Rachel Ray's Mini Italian Meatloaf with 3 (or 4)cheese macaroni. I think we ended up with Pizza after that debacle that night too. The only good thing to come of it was I learned if I used MY meatloaf recipe which the fam loves and cut it into 4 loaves instead of one it will cook in 35-40 min vs. 65-70 minutes which is much better. I hope no more make-up mishaps happen this week...at first I thought it was chocolate! Which means it is a shade I would LOVE!
Hang in there...eventually they grow up if we don't kill 'em first, right?

I do have a beef brisket (not corn beef) that everyone loves if you want that (takes 5-6 hours in oven or all day in crockpot).

I also have a good meatball with cheesy hashbrown casserole.

Hmmm....lovely cranberry chutney that is great over cream cheese on crackers (great appetizer or light meal with raw veggies and dip)

Easy easy chicken enchilady (with flour tortilla's cuz the kid won't eat corn tortilla's).

I'll think...If you want any of those...let me know. Us mom's gotta stick together! Especially the ones with wild children!! LOL

I've got several loaves of fresh bread baking right now. (Can you smell it from your house?)

Maybe I'll bring some over in a bit and you can come up with something for dinner that includes warm fresh bread :D
